What is MMOSwap?
MMOSwap is an American company that sells in-game currency and accounts for several popular MMOGs.

Does MMOSwap farm or bot?
MMOSwap buys from other American players and resells that gold to remove any problems and ehance the gaming environment. We do not use farming or botting to aquire our in-game currency.

Accounts

When I buy an account from MMOSwap, can I move it to a different server?
It depends on whether or not the character is marked as being transferrable on the sales page and in the account information you recieve in the mail. If it has been marked as not transferrable, it cannot be moved to a different server, otherwise, it can.

If I do not like the account I purchased, can I return it to MMOSwap?
No. Accounts cannot be returned to MMOSwap. Please take this into account when making your purchase.

When I buy an account from MMOSwap, can I move it to a different type of server?
Accounts purchased that reside on a PVP server can be moved to any type of server, however accounts purchased on a PVE server can only be moved to other PVE servers.

Delivery

How does delivery work?
After you place your payment and click the 'Finalize Order' button, your order will be added to our order queue. For the delivery of currency, we will then process your order, log in to the appropriate game and server, and contact the character you listed on the catalog. In the case of accounts, the username and password will be e-mailed to you when you buy the account, and as an added safety precaution the extraneous details, such as the full name on the account and the security question, will be sent to you via postal mail.

How long does it take?
Most orders are completed on the same day that they are placed. We do our best to get it to you as fast as possible, and we have a very dedicated staff who will work as hard as possible to make your experience positive.

How is currency traded?
By default we prefer face-to-face trading in-game, however we can mail it to you. This is an unsecure method, as Blizzard/Funcom has access to that mail and may delete or remove it. MMOSwap takes no responsibility when transferring through mail. If you would like to have currency delivered via in-game mail, you must contact sales support.

Do you offer power-leveling?
Unfortunately at this time we do not have the resources required to offer powerleveling services at this time.

Why does the price of currency change so much?
We price our products according to volume, demand, and competition. As such, our prices may rise and fall to meet these parameters.

Are you affiliated with any major game companies?
No. We are an independant, American sole-proprietorship that has been created to meet the booming demand for in-game products and services.

Order

How do I place an order with MMOSwap?
Step 1, you must register and log into the MMOSwap site at mmoswap.com/index.php/signup.

Step 2, select your game of choice, and alternatively choose either currency or accounts. When looking at the general catalog or currency pages, you must enter a server and character name before browsing, so that we know who to contact for delivery.

Step 3, select any currency or accounts you want to buy and click the 'Add to cart' button beneath them.

Step 4, once you are satisfied that you have found everything, click the 'Checkout' link on the Cart page. Review your order, and click the Paypal Checkout button.

Step 5, fill out payment information and submit your payment to Paypal. At the end of your Paypal transaction you will see a button that says Finalize Order. You must click this to make sure your order is saved in our order system.
Once you have completed these steps, your order will be processed by our staff.

How do I receive the login and password information for an account after I have purchased it?
The username and password will be e-mailed to you by our staff. Other information, such as the full name on the account and the security question will be sent to you via postal mail.

I clicked add to cart, but my cart is still empty. Why?
Our website uses a technology known as cookies to keep track of your cart while shopping. If you have problems with our cart, it is most likely that you have cookies disabled, or you are using a web browser that does not support them. We suggest you either enable them or use Mozilla's excellent Firefox web browser.

Why did the delivery person dissapear from the game?
It may be possible the the person assigned to your delivery was disconnected from the game. If he does not log back in momentarily, or if you become worried, you can always contact our live support team.

Why do I have to pay first?
We process a high number of transactions every day, and require payment in advance to ensure speedy delivery and resolution.

Why do you require my telephone number and address?
We require this information to send you details about purchased accounts and because we may need to contact you about an order.

How safe is the personal information I submit to MMOSwap?
We guard your personal information fairly closely, and show it to no one. All information is processed securely on our website.
