What evidence can I send for my dispute?

The game account you purchased was taken:

Any correspondence from the game publisher regarding the status of the account in which game publisher states the account was given back to the original owner, hacked, banned, or permanently suspended
Any conversations with the seller about your account being reclaimed
Any additional supporting documentation that can help us determines whether the account was lost due to the seller’s actions


The game account you ordered and currently under your inspection is not as described by the seller:

Any on-site conversations with the seller that will support your claims
Screenshot, video captures, etc. that will support your claims


The item/currency you paid for was not delivered:
