If you have cancelled an order or requested a refund where the payment method was processed through MMOSWAP.COM your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
If you have cancelled an order or requested a refund where the payment method was processed through a MMOSWAP Merchant directly, please contact the merchant directly through the chat related to the refunded order, if your refund has not been processed back to your account within 3 business days, please contact us through email with the following format:
