AML policy:
MMOSWAP/Cloud Capital LLC is not a broker-dealer or financial institution by definition and as such does not carry a AML policy. Please reference the business's required to establish AML policies and appointees here: https://www.finra.org/rules-guidance/key-topics/aml/faq However we DO follow industry best practices and screen all signups and users through watch lists and fraud prevention tools. We also require merchants verify their identities after $20,000 of transactions have occurred through their account. Customers may also be required too complete KYC based on a variety of factors.

KYC policies:
MMOSWAP/Cloud Capital LLC is not a broker dealer or financial institution as defined by the US government and as such does not fall within the parameteres of requiring KYC. However, MMOSWAP does follow the best practices as laid out by the SEC and FIN. As such any seller that exceeds $20,000 in sales is required to submit legal photo identification, address and location information, email and full name along with other miscellaneous personal information that may be required to be able to sell through our platform. MMOSWAP/Cloud capital LLC utilize a variety of risk management tools and have appointed our CEO and Founder as the head of risk management. We utilize customer analysis, automated anti-fraud tools, dozens of data points and several large databases to manage risk and fraud through our website. We also utilize tools available to merchants such as mandating 3dsecure on transactions and have extensive blacklists to protect our business and website. All website data is stored through secure, 3rd party servers such as AWS and is encrypted by the data host. MMOSWAP is SSL secure and compliant with all legal regulations.

MMOSWAP/Cloud Capital LLC does not want any known fraudsters, money launderers, scammers or anyone who may be breaking the law on our platform - If you are a member of law enforcement per our TOS you are not allowed to access the content on this website however if you have reason to believe someone on our platform is using our platform for illegal purposes(regardless of what law their breaking) please email us at [email protected] - We will do everything in our power to fight scammers and people doing illegal activities and any reasonable indication of fraud occurring or other illegal activity will result in their removal from the platform.
